People often remember the Interest Rate, Monthly Payment and Amortization regarding their mortgage but seldom the Principal amount of their mortgage, also known as the Total Loan Amount. This calculator allows an individual to calculate the Principal amount.

Note: Total Loan Amount is the original mortgage amount plus any CMHC/GE Capital Mortgage Insurance Premiums.
